New: Instagram paste-link tagging only matches products already in a Meta catalog.

Numbish

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 21, 2026

Who we are

Numbish is operated by Suswo Pvt. Ltd. ("Numbish," "we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use Numbish, how we use it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

  • Account information. Your name and email address, collected when you register through our standard authentication system.
  • Affiliate links you paste. The Amazon, LTK, and ShopMy affiliate links you submit to be converted into a product feed.
  • Resolved product data. For each link you paste, we resolve and store the underlying product's title, price, image, brand, and GTIN (where available) so we can score it against Meta's catalog eligibility rules and build your feed.
  • Amazon Creators API credentials. If you connect your own Amazon Associates account, we store the OAuth2 credentials you provide. These are encrypted at rest and are never shared with any third party.
  • Meta system-user access tokens. Once our Meta catalog-push integration (Phase 2) is live, connecting your Meta Business account will store a system-user access token so Numbish can push your product feed directly into your Meta commerce catalog on your behalf. This token is encrypted at rest and you can revoke it at any time from your account settings.
  • Billing identifiers. Our payment processor, Paddle, is the merchant of record for all subscriptions and processes your payment details directly. We store only the subscription and customer identifiers Paddle gives us to know which plan you're on — Numbish never stores your card number or other payment details.
  • Coarse geolocation. At signup, we derive an approximate country and city from your IP address, used only to populate aggregate location data on our internal admin dashboard.

How we use this information

We use the information above to operate Numbish: resolving and scoring the products behind your pasted links, generating your product feed, processing your subscription, authenticating your account, and (once live) pushing your feed to your connected Meta commerce catalog.

Third parties we share data with

  • Paddle — billing and subscription management. Paddle is the merchant of record and handles your payment details directly.
  • Resend — delivery of transactional email (account and billing notifications).
  • Amazon Product Advertising API — called using your own connected Amazon Associates credentials only, to resolve product data for the Amazon links you paste. Numbish does not scrape Amazon.
  • Meta Graph / Catalog API — once our Phase 2 catalog-push feature is live, used only to push your generated product feed into your own connected Meta commerce catalog, using your own connected system-user token.

Cookies and session storage

Numbish uses a session cookie to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies.

[TODO: confirm analytics tooling]

Data retention and account deletion

You may request deletion of your account at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes your catalogs, products, and affiliate links along with it — this action cascades and cannot be undone.

Children's privacy

Numbish is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. Numbish is intended for use by individuals 18 years of age or older, since a paid subscription requires the legal capacity to enter into a contract.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above.
